Find Your Way Preston

 The latest Find Your Way business engagement event will be held on Wednesday, 21^st July from 3:00pm – 6:00pm at Preston North End Football Club, Deepdale, Preston.

Lancashire County Council, Preston City Council, South Ribble Borough Council & Business Link are working in partnership to create an event offering support and advice to new start-ups and existing businesses. From finance issues to marketing and skills training, the Find Your Way event will bring together a variety of relevant organisations to give you an opppourtunity to find the answers you need under one roof.

The event features : 

** Panel Bookings are not available any more due to very high demand, though we have tried our best to accommodate requests by arranging 3 panels instead of one. However, we will be delighted to have all businesses registering as delegates and there will be similar opportunity to talk to professionals, advisors for information, advice and guidance on issues that are affecting their businesses.

• Business Pitch - Meet a specialist panel who can discuss your business needs and ideas relating to new business start ups, existing businesses, finance, marketing and sales. 
• Business Advice - Business Link presentation on business support, finance, grants, and services available to local businesses. Advisors will be available from Business Link, Business Venture Group and the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce to assist both new and established businesses alike.
• UCLAN - The University of Central Lancashire will advise on how to access its resources to help you develop and grow your business.
• Employment and Career Advice - Business start-up as an employment opportunity will be available from Jobcentreplus and Preston Employment Partnership.
• Retail Therapy - Talk one-to-one with an advisor on a specific retail topic that concerns you.will be provising these pre-booked and drop in sessions. Preston College Skills Shop
• Future Horizons Apprentice @ Your Business - This is the Lancashire County Councils new programme designed to support SMEs/Social Entreprises in Lancashire to recruit enthusiastic apprentices and how they could benefit and expand your workforce.
• Lancashire Library and Information Service - Will be providing Business Information Sources.
